Creating space for everyone

From the beginning of our project, we set out to create an environment that values and cares for everyone – a truly ‘inclusive’ culture. People on the team, from non-disabled academics to people with learning disabilities in their first paid job, were surprised when they saw what a working environment could be like when you take the time and effort to try.
